Bryan Powers is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and operator with experience spanning acquisitions, underwriting, property management, and business ownership. He has completed more than 700 real estate transactions throughout the Midwest and has shared ownership in more than $50 million of real estate representing over 500 doors.
Bryan’s background includes founding and leading businesses in real estate and related operating environments, including FHS Property Management, GenEnt Investments, NewPath Homebuyers, and Angler Aid. He is also publicly listed as the owner of GenerationalTBS and Mobility City.

John Starks
John Starks is an entrepreneur, operator, and investor with experience across real estate, hospitality, logistics, medical devices, and business acquisitions. His background combines operating leadership, systems thinking, disciplined execution, and a long term approach to building and stewarding businesses.
Over the course of his career, John has led and supported businesses in complex operating environments where process, accountability, and execution matter. That experience continues to shape his approach to investment, with an emphasis on thoughtful diligence, clear communication, and practical decision making.
John is the President and Owner of Tech-Medical Services, Inc. and is also active in short term rental hospitality, logistics, and real estate investment. Across these ventures, his focus has remained consistent: protect relationships, build durable systems, evaluate opportunities carefully, and create long term value through disciplined execution.
